Cancellation Policy: (based on total amount of days booked) In the event of a reservation being cancelled less than seven days before arrival date, 50% of the total accommodation cost will be payable. 100% will be debited if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival, or in the event of a no-show.
Child Policy: We welcome children, provided that they can swim, and trust that parents will ensure that they are not a disturbance to other guests.
Check In: We try to have our arrival rooms ready by 13:00 or earlier. If there is a delay, you can enjoy a coffee or a long glass of fruit juice by the pool whilst you wait.
Check Out: We request that you vacate your room by 11:00 on the day of departure. You are welcome to store your luggage at Reception for that day.
